Godwin Klutse is the founder of Dutanyigba Consult, bringing extensive experience in travel coordination, airline operations, customer service, and B2B travel business.

His professional journey began in September 2015 at the International Travel and Tourism Institute (ITTI), where he served as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, he supported academic coordination, managed class records, organized assessments, and assisted tutors. This experience helped him develop strong organizational and administrative skills early in his career.

In early 2016, he gained practical airport experience through an industrial attachment at Aviance Ghana Limited as a Check-in Agent. There, he supported daily check-in operations and assisted passengers with hotel voucher distribution.

He later joined Ethiopian Airlines – Ghana Airport Office as a Marketing Officer (Industrial Attachment), where he registered frequent flyers and assisted first-time travelers throughout their airport journey—from passenger profiling to boarding. These roles strengthened his understanding of airline operations and passenger handling.

In November 2016, he launched his own travel coordination service, Booking Assist GH, which he managed until May 2018. During this period, he handled flight and hotel bookings, provided airport meet-and-assist services, and supported travelers at Kotoka International Airport. His focus was on helping first-time travelers navigate departure processes smoothly while ensuring a fast and stress-free airport experience.

In May 2018, he joined Wakanow Ghana Limited, where he served in several roles over the years, including:

• Customer Care Representative

• Pay Small Small Coordinator

• B2B Support

• B2B Sales Associate

• B2B Sales Lead

In these roles, he supported clients and partner travel agencies, managed travel bookings and installment payment plans, and built strong working relationships within the travel industry.

He worked with Wakanow Ghana Limited until 2nd January 2026, gaining valuable experience in travel services, customer engagement, and B2B relationship management.

Today, through Dutanyigba Consult, Godwin Klutse continues to apply his expertise to support travelers and businesses with professional travel coordination and advisory services.
